We publish multiple product lines on issues of intelligence, national security, and foreign area studies:

• Short analytic briefs on current events (100-250 words)

• Medium and long form analytic articles (250-650 and 650-1000 words)

• Book reports (no more than 1000 words)

• Case studies (no more than 1000 words)

We provide a template to streamline formatting and request that you adjust your work accordingly.

Once you submit your article, expect to hear from one of our editors within one business day. Because of the time-sensitive nature of the subject matter, we aim to make the editing process as timely as possible.  Our editors will consult with you on issues of mechanics, clarity, and quality. Expect to receive comments, suggestions, and requests for additional information. We want your publication to be the best it can be!
